Care
Bango Care enables you to search for entitlements using either a customer identifier (e.g. customerIdentifier, sharedCustomerId, bangoUserId) or an entitlement identifier (e.g. entitlementId or externalEntitlementId).
The search will return entitlements that match your search criteria, and you will be able to see all the details associated to each record to help answer queries e.g. entitlement status, dates for creation, activation, termination and more.
